 Early January 2003 snow storms in Lee, NH

We had quite a few snow storms during the first few weeks of January.  It seemed like we were shovelling or using the snowblower almost every day.  Usually it was just a couple of inches of dry snow and cleared very easily.   But one of the storms was a snow/sleet/rain combination that ended up leaving a layer of ice that has yet to disappear.  Our new driveway pavement and sealer has made life much easier.  Now we can push shovel the snow to one side of the drive relatively easily and then blow that out of the way.  It has become a relatively quick process that we no longer dread.

A couple of the storms created some beautiful scenes that I have included below:
